It can be a challenge to connect with others, to be vulnerable and trusting. We may withhold parts of ourselves, not allowing others to experience us and truly know us.

Changing how we interact and connect with others starts with knowing and accepting ourselves.

The key to undoing the distress this causes is being brave, vulnerable and trusting enough to integrate all of our selves into one. When we are split off and separate, we find that some areas of our lives may receive the best parts of us, while other areas suffer. We never feel truly known.

I can show you how to have more significant connections with others, starting with strengthening your view and acceptance of yourself. When you feel authentic and integrated you naturally create more significant, meaningful and fulfilling relationships. And you feel much better about yourself and who you are in the world.
